High level technical training focused on footwork, first touch, dribbling and receiving with a speed and agility component.  This is a club neutral program open to all players.

U9-U11 (2013-2015 birth year) Age Group: Fridays 6:00-7:00pm 

U12-U14 (2010-2012 birth year) Age Group: Fridays 7:00-8:00pm
