We believe in offering our athletes more than just training as an opportunity to get better. As a club, we offer our players the ability to enroll in goalkeeper training, promoting productive camps, and even offer some 1-on-1 training with our players to develop technical skill. TECHNICAL TRAININGS
Our club is proud to have Coach Sean McIntyre serving as our technical director, and running technical trainings for our teams. Our coaching staff is encouraged to schedule two sessions each season with Coach McIntyre to focus strictly on technical work. These sessions are very important as they allow our players to get more comfortable with the ball at their feet. It allows them to enhance their ability to do things such as play with all parts of their foot, use both feet, and even allow players to have better spatial awareness. The board members and coaching staff at ENCO United firmly believe that soccer development is more than just allowing players to learn their in game position, it is allowing our players to become well rounded in the overall game.

NOTES FROM GK COACHES: Starting September 1st, 2025 - u10 and younger - with Coach Pipech - Mondays from 5 PM to 6 PM at FoxFun Fields (1295 Van Buren Road, Easton). Starting September 3rd or 4th, 2025 - u11 and older - with Coach Kichline - Wednesday or Thursday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Sullivan Trial (ENCO Fields). It is based on Coach's High School Coaching Schedule and availability. Coach Kichline will communicate the exact day with all older GKs directly. In October, GKs will switch days and the coach for the training groups. This will be communicated near the end of September. GOALKEEPER TRAINING IS NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ENROLLED ENCO PLAYERS!
