The coaching staff assembled for all ENCO United teams brings a wealth of experience and expertise, making them highly qualified to lead players through the competitive travel soccer structure of the Lehigh Valley. Coaches are encouraged to pursue USSF licensing, demonstrating a commitment to formal education in player development and game strategy. This foundational knowledge, acquired through coursework and practical assessments, ensures a consistent and effective approach to training. Their USSF certifications cover various age groups and tactical nuances, providing them with the necessary tools to address the specific needs of developing players at the travel level.

Beyond their formal qualifications, our coaching staff brings a wealth of prior coaching and playing experience garnered throughout the Lehigh Valley and beyond. This deep familiarity with local competitions ensures that our players receive an unparalleled experience tailored to the regional travel soccer landscape. At ENCO United, we are committed to acting in the best interest of every athlete. We uphold this value by focusing on quality over quantity. We refuse to expand rosters or create additional teams simply to accommodate every tryout participant. Instead, we work to build each team consists of players with similar skill levels. This intentional approach allows our coaches to tailor training sessions to the specific needs of the entire group, while ensuring that every player is properly matched against the level of competition they face on game day. We only add multiple teams per age group when it genuinely serves the developmental needs of our players. This structure has helped us become a leader in Lehigh Valley youth soccer since 1994.
