The coaching staff assembled for all ENCO United teams brings a wealth of experience and expertise, making them highly qualified to lead players through the competitive travel soccer structure of the Lehigh Valley. Coaches are encouraged to pursue USSF licensing, demonstrating a commitment to formal education in player development and game strategy. This foundational knowledge, acquired through coursework and practical assessments, ensures a consistent and effective approach to training. Their USSF certifications cover various age groups and tactical nuances, providing them with the necessary tools to address the specific needs of developing players at the travel level.

Beyond their formal qualifications, our coaching staff brings a wealth of prior coaching and playing experience garnered throughout the Lehigh Valley and beyond. This deep familiarity with local competitions ensures that our players receive an unparalleled experience tailored to the regional travel soccer landscape. Furthermore, we prioritize a holistic approach to player development, ensuring our coaches cultivate a strong understanding of each athlete beyond their on-field performance. At ENCO United, we are committed to acting in the best interest of every athlete. We uphold this value by focusing on quality over quantity. We refuse to expand rosters or create additional teams simply to accommodate every tryout participant. Instead, we work to build each team consists of players with similar skill levels. This intentional approach allows our coaches to tailor training sessions to the specific needs of the entire group, while ensuring that every player is properly matched against the level of competition they face on game day. We only add multiple teams per age group when it genuinely serves the developmental needs of our players. This structure has helped us become a leader in Lehigh Valley youth soccer since 1994.

Starting in the Fall of 2026 teams will be grouped in an age range that more closely aligns with their school year. Our next round of tryouts will be evaluated around such parameters. You can visit our 26/27 Age Groups page for more information!

REGISTER FOR OUR SUMMER TECHNICAL TRAININGS

ENCO United is proud to offer technical training sessions to players both inside and out of our club during the summer of 2026. Sessions will cost $15 per player to register, with registration being needed each week. This opportunity grants players to chance to work with a new coach and gain a fresh perspective on their game, along with develop a strong sense of technical ability to succeed in their on-field role. At ENCO we are firm believers in providing well rounded development for our players so they can succeed in as many roles on the field as possible. Parties outside of ENCO are highly encouraged to enroll in these training sessions, as they can result in being placed on an ENCO team. Days of the week and times for each age group are listed below, sessions begin the week of 6/15 and the final set will be the week of 8/3. All sessions will take place at our Fox Run field locations.

Pre-Travel Academy (U5-U8): Mondays 6:00PM - 7:00PM
U9-U10: Mondays 6:00PM - 7:00PM
U11 - U12: Tuesdays 6:00PM - 7:00PM
U13 - U14: Wednesdays: 6:00PM - 7:00PM
