PROGRAM DIRECTORS
Our club holds expert leadership, which ensures a cohesive, high-performance environment from the ground up. This team, comprised of our Director of Coaching, Technical Director, and Pre-Travel Academy Director, collaboratively shapes the entire player journey. Their collective focus is on defining the club's overarching technical philosophy, curating an advanced developmental curriculum, and managing the critical transition for young athletes entering the travel program. This unified leadership structure ensures every player receives quality technical direction and skill-specific training, fostering both competitive success and a lifelong love for the game.
DIRECTOR OF COACHING
ENCO United's Director of Coaching is Coach Tim Hall. Coach Hall has held the role for over 25 years and holds a wealth of experience in coaching at Easton Area High School, ODP, and various ENCO age groups. Coach Hall holds a strong passion for mentoring the coaches at ENCO, and ensures they are all given proper guidance when it comes to player development. We are proud to have Coach Hall as our Director of Coaching!

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Technical Director at ENCO is Coach Sean McIntyre. Coach Mac holds a strong passion for individual training, and has founded the Mac Academy in 2024 as a way to offer players 1-on-1 training outside of their team setting. As Technical Director, Coach Mac runs technical sessions with each ENCO team throughout their season. We value this as it helps our players get more comfortable with the ball at their feet, and become more well rounded as soccer players. We at ENCO understands there is more to playing soccer than just learning your in-game role.

PRE-TRAVEL ACADEMY DIRECTOR
Pre-Travel Academy at ENCO is for our players aged U5-U8, and allows our youngest players to best be prepared to play for an ENCO travel team once they reach the U9 age group. Coach Erin Anagnost is our Pre-Travel Director. Coach Anagnost has experience coaching ages from U5 all the way up to the collegiate level. Seeing this wide spectrum of development allows her to develop a proper and fulfilling curriculum for our Pre-Travel ENCO players.

GOALKEEPING INSTRUCTORS
Coach Bob Pipech and Coach Matthew Kichline are the lead Goalkeeping Instructors at ENCO. Both Coach Pipech and Coach Kichline hold extensive background in training this specialty position. At ENCO, we understand that a goalkeeper may not get all of the direct coaching they need in a team structured training session. Although all goalkeepers are advised to attend their designated team sessions, we understand it may be more valuable for a goalkeeper to have a more focused session on their specialty position. These sessions are run in smaller groups, and can even be in a 1-on1 session. Our goalkeeper coaches segment sessions by chunking age groups to ensure they are able to best meet player needs. These sessions are offered to all ENCO goalkeepers and are ZERO additional cost to our goalkeeper families.
